Why do we need physical addresses and maps?
When we are preparing proposals we use Google Earth to look at the property and see if there is additional things we need to know about the property. When we have “Smith Rd and 1st in Aurora” that can be extremely vague and Google has taken us to places miles away from the actual association we should be reviewing. So having a specific address in the neighborhood ensures we are looking at the right HOA. Also, by sending us a plat map or map of the association give us another image of the association.
